Low foaming additives

Low foaming non-ionic surfactants are essential components for detergent and cleaning applications and important auxiliaries for various industrial processes.

Standard non-ionic fatty alcohol ethoxylates are effective but relatively foaming surfactants. In some applications they cannot be used, because an even lower foaming behavior or the complete absence of foam is required. Partial use of propylene oxide for fatty alcohol alkoxylation positively influences foam suppression.
