Wetting Agents

Wetting agents are capable of lowering the surface and interfacial tensions of liquid media. They thus allow a spreading of this liquid on the surface and thus cover it completely.

The wetting power is an essential quality of cleaners, to allow the solution to penetrate and act as close as possible to the dirt.
