CECABASE® BIO R is an additive that facilitates the incorporation of recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) into cold, semi-warm, warm and hot bituminous concretes, without requiring soft grades at the mixing plant.CECABASE® BIO R presents a high bio-based content, offering a negative carbon footprint.
