STABIRAM® 3070 APF is a nonionic emulsifier for slow setting bitumen emulsions for mixing or spraying applications such as priming, slurry seal, grave-emulsion, cold in place recycling, full depth reclamation, soil stabilization. STABIRAM® 3070 APF can also be a co-emulsfier for either cationic or anionic emulsion.
