Highly concentrated non-ionic surfactant, vegetal oil ethoxylate based on rapeseed oil. It functions as an oil-in-water emulsifier, emulsion stabilizer, and self-emulsifier, and is soluble in water. Compatible with all surfactant types, it is easily incorporated into various formulations.
