Crosslinkers
These products are used as crosslinkers and as they are diols, they also give some elasticity to the system. Adiansol® MA 3180, as based on an amine, gives a bit more reactivity.
Triols Based on Glycerol or trimethylolpropane. Adiansol® range is available with reactive and non-reactive grades depending of the type of oxide used (ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or butylene oxide) with molecular weight from 170up to 1350.
These products are used as crosslinkers and as they are low molecular weight triols. TMP (trimethylolpropane) based products will also give good stability and faster curing for PU formulations as additives.
Adiansol® TO 470 (MW: 650) is based on butylene oxide which allow more hydrophobicity and longer open time.
